Mostly getting to know each other: what brought you in and what you're hoping for. No pressure to have it figured out. Many people start with a free 15-minute call.
In-person or telehealth?
Both. Meet in person on Hilton Head Island, or by secure video anywhere in South Carolina.
Do you take insurance?
Not directly, but claim forms are provided for reimbursement, and a sliding scale is available. See Rates & Insurance.
What do you work with?
Top areas are eating disorders, sleep, and family conflict, plus anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. See Services.
